This variety of Long Green Raisin is referred to as “Kashmari Green Raisin”, “Persian Long Green Raisin”, or “Iranian Green Raisin”. This variety of raisin in mainly cultivated in Kashmar region of Iran. The unique characteristic of this product is the thin and elongated shape of the raisin. The product has a sweet and sour taste that sets it apart from other varieties.

This product is machine dried and contains small amounts of vegetable oil to help preserve the product and avoid clumping.
